Enrico Student Instruments

One of our all-time favourites of the school orchestra is Enrico Student stringed instruments. We stock both Enrico Student Plus (pictured above left) and Enrico Student Extra (pictured above right) Violins, Violas, Cellos and Double Basses, to ensure we have the perfect instrument for every budget. Each instrument comes in a case with a bow, and has been professionally set up and is ready to play. To find out which is right for your family, come in and try them out today.

Hidersine Vivente Series

Created for the ambitious beginner, the Hidersine Vivente instrument outfits offer higher-quality tonewoods and genuine hardwoods that will happily see students through their first few grades in style. Available in 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and Full Size, we will be able to set you up with exactly the right instrument for your child.

Gliga I, II & III and St Romani

Made in Romania, the Gliga III is a great beginner’s violin that comes with FPS shaped hard case, FPS Brazilwood bow with Ebony frog and horsehair and Pirastro Tonica Strings.

The Gliga II is an intermediate student range with features a flamed maple back, sides and neck. The Violin Outfit comes with Pirastro Violino strings and Wittner Ultralight tailpiece. Supplied in lightweight oblong case (with backpack straps) and Articul carbonfibre horsehair bow.

The Gliga I Violin Outfit is for the more advanced student.   It has similar specs to the Gliga II but comes with a better grade of timbers and delivers a full range of tones for both solo and orchestral work.

As the newest addition to the Gliga range, the Saint Romani represents outstanding value for a European-made instrument. Using the same body made from the same solid tone woods as found in the Gliga III, the Saint Romani has a hard wearing nitro varnish which is then cut back to a pleasing satin finish making it ideal for the student level which tends to be subjected to more punishment.
