Ibanez Artcore AFD75T Guitar in Blue Sparkle

Since Ibanez introduced the Artcore line-up in 2002, guitarists all over the world have praised them on their unique and sometimes quirky looks, excellent build quality, and tonal versatility. The AFD75T is a brand new addition to the Artcore series and was freshly released at the N.A.M.M show earlier in the year. Featuring a double cutaway, centre block body, this guitar delivers not only on classic looks, but it covers the tradition tonal bases that you could expect from a semi-hollow guitar. Plugged into a Vox AC15 a wide range of tones could be achieved from this guitar, clean neck pickup tones gave a full woody tone that would suit jazz and pop, and the bridge position offers a little more bite and aggression than a standard humbucker. Cranking up the overdrive gives you plenty of controllable feedback and great sustain, with the semi-hollow design adding warmth to the tone. Hardware includes a roller bridge and an Ibanez branded vibrato, which, together give you great tuning stability and classic rockabilly tones. The guitar is finished with a gorgeous blue sparkle top and the mahogany stained back and adds contrast and sets the top off nicely. Not to mention it looks fantastic under stage lights! So check out the AFD75-T today.
