To mark the 30th anniversary of one of the best and most imitated amps of all time, Peavey is proud to launch the reissued 6505-II. Like the original 6505 head, the 6505 II offers two channels. However, the 6505 II adds separate EQ, Resonance, and Presence controls to each channel, giving you more control and flexibility.
The Peavey 6505 Reissue 412 Slant guitar cabinet has been designed to the exacting specifications of our original 1992 version with a few basic updates that have been requested by countless artists over the years. Each cabinet features four 12" Sheffield 1230+ specially-voiced speakers loaded in a biplanar-aligned, infinite baffle, 300W closed-back cabinet.

Invective.120 Head + Invective 412 Cab

6505 Mini Metal Head
Although small, this amp has an all-tube preamp and power amp to authentically produce the much loved tones of the iconic larger models on which it is based, albeit at lower power levels. The major advantage is the sheer (or lack of) size and weight. Forging the sound of aggression for more than two decades, the Peavey 6505 series of amps produce the devastating overdriven tones that modern players demand. Peavey proudly introduces the 6505 MH, as a part of its ‘micro-head’ series. Although all are inherently versatile, each of the models feature very different preamp voicings and gain structures. We are confident that everyone from a country picker to a metal shredder will find at least one of these will work for them.

The Peavey invective.212 Cabinet is perfectly suited for use with the invective.120 Head. The solid pine construction provides the most responsive dynamics imaginable and compliments the metal-standard Celestion Vintage 30 (8 ohms) speaker paired with the Creamback G12H-75 (8 ohms) speaker.
