EVANS Genera Dry snare heads deliver a well-focused, yet natural tone. Made with a single ply of coated 10mil film, a 2mil overtone control ring, and precision-drilled dry vents, this head responds like a single ply while eliminating any lingering overtones.
EVANS Power Center Reverse Dot snare heads have a nice, fat backbeat, with solid rebound and damped overtones. The coated single ply of 10mil film provides a definitive snare sound, while the 5mil center dot on the underside, made with unique slots which allow it to flex, keeps the head open and resonant with added durability.
Evans Genera HD Dry Snare heads feature two plies of film. An outer ply of 5mil film and an inner ply of 7.5mil film, in combination with a 2mil overtone control ring on the underside that "floats" with the head, eliminating excessive overtones and controlling sustain.
